* Following capabilities are removed as not commonly used on Kernel
Managers:
 - CAP_SYS_NICE
 - CAP_PERFMON
 - CAP_SYS_MODULE
 - CAP_SYS_RESOURCE

* Added CAP_DAC_OVERRIDE to prevent read/write permission issues
