The passwords are a default WordPress feature. I will not touch that, sorry. There might be plugins that can do that, though.

Oh well, I reconsidered because that's a simple filter. Not sure if I add a custom capability, but admins makes sense as they can get the password anyway.

Done in 05cac2984e and 6b6970d91e. Will be released with 5.12.3 at some point in the future.
