I believe its easier for original author to refer back to text if the suggested proofreading appended text also contains backlink to main text as seen in Picture 2.

I'll think about it. That is not trivial because this can be ambiguous and the paragraph ID is not always provided, like when you select text instead of suggestion for the whole. I tend to no, but we will see.
