rpm-smd: Avoid deadlocking while waiting for ACK from RPM
The RPM may give back no ACK when sending a command: this means that it is locking up for some reason, or the command itself didn't get sent to it. When we get in this situation, an infinite wait for completion will lock up the device for an infinite amount of time, until the user manually reboots it with a power cut or KPDPWR+RESIN combination. For this reason, add a timeout to the completion wait (as of now, very large I'd say) to avoid indefinitely waiting and, if the timeout is reached with no ACK reply, just return a -ETIMEDOUT error, so that we will either end up recoverying from this error state or rebooting the device by panicking the kernel if subsequent retries won't work. This issue is largely seen on SMD communication and rarely on SoCs using GLINK to communicate to the RPM. rpmsg: bgcom: out of bound read from process_cmd
When dereferencing "rx_data" as type "glink_bgcom_msg" , we didn't check if "rx_data" has enough room to hold that type. The "rx_size" is read from remote to master fifo and if received rx_size is less then "glink_bgcom_msg" then it could lead to heap out of bounds read. If received rx_size is less then the expected glink_bgcom_msg then return back as a bad message. Refactor the rpmsg_register_device() function to use two-step device
registering (initialization + add) and call driver_set_override() in
proper moment.
This moves the code around, so while at it also NULL-ify the
rpdev->driver_override in error path to be sure it won't be kfree()
second time.

rpmsg: Fix kfree() of static memory on setting driver_override

The driver_override field from platform driver should not be initialized
from static memory (string literal) because the core later kfree() it,
for example when driver_override is set via sysfs.
Use dedicated helper to set driver_override properly.

rpmsg: qcom: glink: replace strncpy() with strscpy_pad()

The use of strncpy() is considered deprecated for NUL-terminated

rpmsg: glink: reset should_wakeup before calling system wakeup
There may be multiple packets coming in suspend state. This may cause glink to call pm_system_wakeup for each packet. To avoid such scenario make should_wakeup false after first packet received in suspend state. Revert "rpmsg: glink: Enable irq wake for glink interrupt"
* irq wake shouldn't be used with IRQF_NO_SUSPEND, this causes glink-native irq to be misconfigured and cause wakeups nearly every second hampering deep sleep * while the real solution is to keep irq wake enabled and remove IRQF_NO_SUSPEND from irq flags, this breaks trinket LPM and prevents bootup (as acknowledged by CAF in d8d7d2423328813ec17c77885db55e2de2c122d0). In order to be able to use the aio interface for writing to a rpmsg_char the write_iter function must be implemented, so migrate to iter version for read and write functions. Regular read and write uses the iter methods if present and is as such unaffected. rpmsg: glink: Remove IRQF_NO_SUSPEND
Currently interrupts with hardware wake capabilities still cause the CPUs to handle the interrupt at the GIC layer when IRQF_NO_SUSPEND is used. This is reproduced in both s2idle and mem suspend. Remove IRQF_NO_SUSPEND and add enable_irq_wake to properly account for the wakeup interrupt. struct rpmsg_eptdev contains a struct cdev. The current code frees
the rpmsg_eptdev struct in rpmsg_eptdev_destroy(), but the cdev is
a managed object, therefore its release is not predictable and the
rpmsg_eptdev could be freed before the cdev is entirely released.
The cdev_device_add/del() API was created to address this issue
(see commit '233ed09d7fda ("chardev: add helper function to register
char devs with a struct device")'), use it instead of cdev add/del().
