SMB1390 stat interrupt needs to be configured properly so that the active low interrupt can happen only when the device pulls it low. Fix it. While at it, keep the parent device (smb1390) of smb1390_charger disabled in smb1390.dtsi so that it can be enabled only where the smb1390_charger device is enabled.
