This patch modify discard thread wait policy as below: issued io_interrupted wait time(ms) 1. 8 0 50 2. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
