Takashi Iwai 675b4e5981 [ALSA] Make CONFIG_SND_CS46XX_NEW_DSP yes as default ...

Removed from CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL from CONFIG_SND_CS46XX_NEW_DSP, and
make default to yes.  This option works fine for years.
