omap: iommu: omapify 'struct iommu' and exposed API ...
Prepend 'omap_' to OMAP's 'struct iommu' and exposed API, to prevent
namespace pollution and generally to improve readability of the code
that still uses the driver directly.
Update the users as needed as well.
