commit 45febe0d63917ee908198c5be08511c64ee1790a upstream. IIO trigger handlers need to return one of the irqreturn_t values. Returning an error code is not supported. The kxsd9 interrupt handler returns an error code if reading the data registers fails. In addition when exiting due to an error the trigger handler does not call `iio_trigger_notify_done()`. Which when not done keeps the triggered disabled forever. Modify the code so that the function returns a valid irqreturn_t value as well as calling `iio_trigger_notify_done()` on all exit paths. Since we can't return the error code make sure to at least log it as part of the error message. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
