Wu Zhangjin 95ff7c9553 MIPS: Loongson: Remove out-of-date board-specific kgdb source code ...

Since the re-implementation of kgdb by commit
8854700115ecf8aa6f087aa915b7b6cf18090d39 the platform-specific version
has become superfluous, remove it.
