Laurent Pinchart afa2c9407f sh: ecovec24: Use MMC/SDHI CD and RO GPIO ...

Pass the CD and RO GPIO numbers to the MMC SPI and SDHI drivers and
remove the custom .get_cd() and .get_ro() callback functions.
