Subramani Venkatesh b92c5721d2 OMAP3: PM: DSS PM_WKEN to refill DMA ...

Currently, DSS does not wakeup when there is a DMA request.  DSS wake
up event must be enabled so that the DMA request to refill the FIFO
will wake up the CORE domain.
