Some accessor functions, such as for variable references, require access to a corrsponding tracing_map_elt. Add a tracing_map_elt param to the function signature and update the accessor functions accordingly. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
