reduce number of supervisor processes to 1 
Critical fix to prevent 429s from MAL if you're running on a single instance. However, you can set this to as much as you want.

Unless you update the app URL variable to include the port number, as soon as the cache starts expiring the logs will be VERY rapidly filled with errors.
