For MDP rev 5.0, CTL path reset is required after timing engine
is disabled for video mode interface. The reset includes 3d_merge,
active_intf, layer mixer and ctl path after timing engine is
disabled. This reset call does not need to wait for vsync because
timing engine is already disabled. It may lead to continuous underrun
if reset sequence is not followed and same ctl path is used for
different resolution display.

Allocation size of nlmsg in cfg80211_ft_event is based on ric_ies_len
and doesn't take into account ies_len. This leads to
NL80211_CMD_FT_EVENT message construction failure in case ft_event
contains large enough ies buffer.
Add ies_len to the nlmsg allocation size.

USB QDSS function driver is already registered as module and having init
and exit APIs. DECLARE_USB_FUNCTION_INIT() adds additional module entries
for USB QDSS function driver. This results into seeing error as
"usb_qdss_init: failed to register diag -17" when usb_function_register()
is called 2nd time. Hence fix this issue by using DECLARE_USB_FUNCTION()
instead of DECLARE_USB_FUNCTION_INIT() API.

Add the qcom,support-hw-trigger flag to the mvs0_gdsc and
mvs1_gdsc GDSC nodes in order to allow enabling/disabling

Starting IPA 4.0 a pipe cannot be suspended. Instead the GSI
channel needs to be stopped. This change moves the GSI stop
to the same place where pipe suspend used to be.
